2. Products & Custom Printing

Our products are custom printed and made to order. Because of this, product colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly from product photos due to screen settings, printing processes, and manufacturing differences.

We make every effort to accurately display products, but we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Some products may be manufactured and shipped from China, depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States & Canada: typically 1–2 weeks
  • Items shipped from China: typically 1–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing
  • International orders: shipping times vary by country

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages due to incorrect address information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because some items are custom printed, T-shirts and baby onesies are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We only replace or refund items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly printed
  • Incorrect items received

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Psimmons2166@gmail.com and include photos of the issue.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

7. Intellectual Property

This is a private realm, and all content on this website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and product artwork, is the property of PatCtr05 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Anything that leaves this realm is self-destructing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
